When you send our request form or write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send: your name, contact details, travel dates, who is travelling and anything you tell us about your preferences or needs.

If you use "Email me this itinerary", we receive that email address and send the itinerary to it once. We keep the address with the link to your itinerary in our customer records. We send trip ideas only if you tick the box for them, and you can ask us to stop or delete your address at any time.

To reply to you, design your journey and send it back with its booking links. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Nobody, apart from the services that carry our messages: WhatsApp or your email provider, under their own privacy terms. When you book a part through our links, you give your details to that provider yourself, under its own privacy terms.

Tripora never asks for or stores your card details. You pay each provider directly, on its own site.

This site does not use advertising cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security. If you arrive through a link from one of our partners, we keep a small cookie on this site for up to 90 days that records which partner sent you and the page you first saw, so we know who to thank. Where the law asks for your consent first (the UK, the EU and Switzerland), we do not set it. To compare two versions of a page, we may also keep a cookie holding only a random number for up to 180 days; in the UK, the EU and Switzerland only after you accept analytics.

Some pages link to partners such as Trip.com for hotels and flights. You book and pay on the partner's site, under its own terms and privacy policy, and Tripora may earn a commission at no cost to you. When you click such a link we note which page and partner it was, without your name or email. Travelpayouts, our affiliate network, runs a small script on this site that turns partner links into referral links and may set its own cookie so a booking is credited to us.

We keep your messages for as long as we are planning or looking after your journey, and then only as long as the law requires. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time.
