Who does what, and who is paid when
Tripora designs your journey with you and sends it back with a booking link for each part. You book and pay each provider directly, on its own site and under its own terms. We stay reachable throughout.
How it works
Four steps, and nothing is charged today
Step 1: Talk to us
Tell us when you would like to travel, who is coming and what matters to you, by email, on WhatsApp or on a video call. You can start from one of our journeys or from a blank page.
Payment: Nothing is charged.
Step 2: We design it with you
We shape the days around you: the places, the pace, where you stay and the tier that suits you. Every day can change until it feels right.
Payment: Nothing is charged.
Step 3: You book, in order
We send your plan back with a booking link for each part, on your dates and in the order to book. You book each one on the provider's own site, after reading its terms.
Payment: You pay each provider directly, at its listed price. Tripora adds nothing on top.
Step 4: You travel
Your hotels, transfers and private guided days are with the providers you booked, each with its own confirmation and contact. We stay reachable the whole time.
Payment: Each provider's own terms apply to what you booked with it.

Who does what
Tripora
- Designs the journey with you, with an estimate for each tier from the providers' listed prices.
- Sends your plan back with a booking link for each part, on your dates and in the order to book.
- Suggests flights, which you book separately.
- Stays reachable before and while you travel.
- Never takes your payment or asks for your card details.
The providers you book
- Hotels, transfer companies and tour providers, booked on established booking sites.
- Show their own price and take the payment when you book.
- Send your confirmation and look after their part on the ground.
- Set their own change and cancellation terms, shown before you pay.
- Each shows its listed price before you pay; Tripora adds nothing on top.
What you can rely on
Clear about who does what
Booked on established booking sites
Hotels, transfers and private tours are booked with their providers on established booking sites, each with its own confirmation, terms and customer service.
You pay each provider directly
You pay each provider its listed price on its own site; Tripora adds nothing on top. We never ask for your card details, a deposit or a bank transfer.
A reply within one business hour
From 8:00 to 18:00 Vietnam time (UTC+7), Monday to Saturday. Outside those hours, within the first hour of the next working morning.
Private, never a group
The guides, cars and tours in your plan are private ones you book for yourselves, so the days can move around you.
Travel insurance recommended
We ask every traveller to take out a policy that covers cancellation and their health abroad, before booking the first part.
